AlphaWhores
About
AlphaWhores are a Panama-based doom metal duo — Juan Carlos García de Paredes (guitar, vocals) and Massiel Pinzón (drums) — who started jamming together in 2021 after two decades apiece in separate projects. Their thick, low-end riffs and shrieking solos conjure a sound far bigger than two players, drawing comparisons to Royal Blood and The White Stripes that they'd rather do without. Two albums in, with a third on the way, their record You Can Come Out Now arrived via Editoris/Mother City.
